A few weeks ago, I did a post on some of my maternity "fashion" looks. To say fashion in the same sentence with maternity, is laughable, but ladies, we're getting there. Just be thankful, we are no longer wearing moo-moo's like our mothers did in the 80s, and that bumps are being shown off rather than hidden!
I thought today, I'd share a few more looks with y'all!
I decided to dress up for work one day. My usual work attire is leggings and twice a week, i'm able to wear jeans, but it was one of those bi-polar spring days, and I needed to be a bit warmer, but not too warm, so this is what I came up with.
I'm wearing black maternity pants that I had with at least my last pregnancy, if not my first.
A white maternity t-shirt with rouching on the side, belted with a skinny belt, and a non-maternity cardigan from Banana Republic.
I paired it with a coral necklace to give a pop of color.
I'm in love with these shoes, and so long as I don't have to hike in them, i'm good to go!
I mentioned here that I had won a giveaway from this blog and wanted to share the real photos of the jewelry pieces once I received them.
In the above photo, I wore a brown and cream maternity dress and paired it with a brown statement necklace, and these ivory chevron bracelets from Charles Emerson Designs.
I honestly thought that I was purchasing a mixed pair of colors, but apparently, I didn't click on "multi" and just left the scroll bar at ivory. My mistake.
But, i'm glad that I ended up with the ivory, because.....
My sister-in-law, gifted me three more at my baby shower on Saturday!
So, I've mixed the bangles together to get this look.
I'm even wearing the set again today!
I also bought this sideways cross necklace, and i'm wearing it above with just a simple navy and whtie rouched Old Navy maternity tank to run errands on a warm Sunday afternoon.
I'm so glad that I went with the cross because it's a timeless piece.
My last look is a little funky for maternity wear, and it's not one I would've put together on my own, but after being a daily reader of this blog, I was inspired.
I paired skinny jeans, that still fit thanks to the bella band, with a coral maternity tank from Target ($15.00) and a floral cardigan from Target.
I added camel wedges and a blue statement necklace.
I really love how this look turned out, and the cardigan helped me feel a bit more covered!
Thanks for letting me share some of my favorite looks with y'all! It's been fun trying to be a bit more stylish and creative this time around, and hopefully things will continue to fit for at least one more month while I have to work!
