After we snorkeled in Cozumel, we ate. Water play makes for hungry bellies. Not to mention, the mile or two walk to this fabulous restaurant, my mom supposedly knew of, and which we never found.... yeah, we were famished!
Here's my SIL and I before lunch- notice that giant coke in front of me! I hadn't had one all week. But, please pardon the runny mascara under my eyes. Snorkeling does that to you.
We found out that queso in Cozumel is the same as it was in Progresso- melted cheese wiz. But, the food was amazing.
My mom and grandma ordered & shared this:
I had the chicken tacos, which weren't really tacos, but it was good none the less. And, please notice the white rice rather than our version that we receive at mexican restaurants.
After we filled our bellies, we walked and shopped some more.
We purchased two more dresses for the girls, and a wind chime for DJ. And headed back toward the ship with our purchases.
Everyone was so tired, and stayed in the room to rest, but I went to the adult serenity deck and read and watched us sail away.
But, it was time to get ready for dinner again....... Here's the girls before dinner.
And my mom and her best friend, Libby- because we hadn't gotten a picture of them together all week!
I should've taken pictures of our dinners on the ship, because they were fabulous. We had shrimp appetizers, crab cakes, pasta, soup, lobster- you name it. And pretty much every night, I had the melting chocolate cake. Yum.
I ended up changing into comfy clothes again, and we went out for the last show. Here's my grandma and I.
And our towel monkey we found as we went back to our state room and crashed.
