Sorry, for the delay, but we've been out of town (more to blog about later!), so finally, here's the tour of our master bedroom! I absolutely love the way our budoir turned out, and that all of our furniture fit!
Here's a view of one side of my dresser. I placed all of my crystal together. My grandmother brought me Waterford votive holders from one of her trips to Ireland, and I received the Waterford vase as a wedding present. My mother has also been good about buying me crystal pieces, including the rose bowl, that I received when G was born, and the biscuit jar, that I received this past Christmas. My mother-in-law gave me the glass candlesticks for Christmas a few years ago. I truly believe that every girl should have fabulous crystal pieces in their possession. You may not use them, you may decorate with them, they may only come out for special occasions, but I think as you get older, you'll really appreciate having them.
This is a view of our bedroom, when you're looking in the doorway. The double doors lead to our bathroom, and I love the grand way it feels.
On top of DJ's dresser, is his watch box, a ring box, a mantle clock, and a few pictures of us together. Two are from our honeymoon, and the larger one is from our cruise we took a few years ago. I also have a framed wedding invitation hanging above his chest of drawers.

Here's our bed. I love it, though part of me wishes it were a king size (only when the girls decide to sleep with us). I'm toying with the idea of purchasing a new bedspread, but I love my "W" pillows, and the European pillow, so those will have to remain.
Here's my bedside table and jewelry armoire. It's so not big enough! I also framed three of our family portraits from last fall.
And, here's DJ side table.
I hope you've enjoyed the tour of our master bedroom. If I decide to update the bedspread, I'll share, and we are waiting on curtains, until I decide to update the bedspread or not, but we know the look that we'll make them in. I don't think those changes will happen until late this fall though.
