I have a gazillion pins on Pinterest, and most of the time, they just sit on their pinboards and I rarely take a second look at them. Are you anything like me? I thought it would be so much fun to get pinspired this month and to choose a few of my favorite pins, and even some random fall ones to try out with the girls this month!
So, sit back, and let's get pinspired! Here's what I hope to have going down at my house this month!
I think it's the cutest idea to "boo" your neighbors. We really are blessed with some fabulous neighbors and this would be such a fun treat for our neighbors! I don't think I'd just give them candy, but a cute little bucket from Target's $1.00 section filled with all kinds of little goodies would be so fun!
I'd also love to do a little treat bag for all of the girls' teachers.
DJ has tons of away game weekends in October, so I think I need to have a mini-Halloween party with just the girls!
The monster cups above are just dyed vanilla pudding with oreo sprinkles on top. I may not go as far as decorating the cups, but just having a fun monster treat sounds like more than enough!
I think i'll serve the monster pudding with these mummy hot dogs!
Now, a few ideas just for me!
I'm finally working and getting out of the house again and finding a reason to get dressed other than my nike shorts and a dry fit long sleeve shirt.
I think i'll re-create the outfit above.
Of course, a pumpkin patch trip is in order, and somehow we always find time with DJ to carve a pumpkin, but I think I should add some painted pumpkins to the mix this year!
And, i'm dying to make these pumpkin brownies! DJ loves brownies, but hates pumpkin and that's the only reason I haven't made them so far! All it is is a can of pumpkin and a box of brownie mix! It just sounds so heavenly. Fall is officially here and these need to be in my mouth. Yes, I shall make these. Sorry, DJ. The girls and I will enjoy them on our own!
Please tell me that one of you reading this has made these and they're as delectable as they sound?
I am also dying to have a girls night out! Last month my neighbor and I went to a Thirty One wine party night, and then I saw an idea over at Sheaffer, Shay's, and Erika's blogs, and I thought it would be so fun to combine a scarf party with a wine party!
